APPOINTMENT POLICY

YOUR STYLIST HOLDS YOUR APPOINTMENT JUST FOR YOU, SO WE ASK THAT IF YOU MUST RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH 48 – HOUR NOTICE. 

A VALID CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ALL COLOR SERVICES. IN THE EVENT OF A SAME-DAY CANCELLATION OR ‘NO SHOW’, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF MISSED SERVICE.

KINDLY ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARRIVE 15 MINUTES AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED TIME WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO ACCOMMODATE YOU, BUT MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE(S) YOU ORIGINALLY BOOKED. WE WILL ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO TAKE CARE OF YOU. 

AT HAIROLOGY SALON WE WILL REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE WHO IS RUDE, HOSTILE OR DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS ANY OF OUR TEAM MEMBERS AT ANY TIME. WE ARE COMMITTED TO ALWAYS PROVIDE THE UTMOST CARE, KINDNESS AND HOSPITALITY TO ALL OUR GUESTS AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO SERVING YOU AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL.

COLOR SERVICE CONSULTATIONS

IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO PROVIDE THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED AT HAIROLOGY SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT’S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY AND TO REVEAL ANY OF THE ITEMS LISTED BELOW AS THEY MAY CAUSE NEGATIVE REACTIONS TO SALON CHEMICAL SERVICES.

  • HOT TOOL THERMAL DAMAGE
  • USE OF OVER-MINERALIZED WATER (HARD WATER)

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SALON OR STYLIST.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

WE STRIVE TO BUILD TRUST AND LONG TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR CLIENTS, SO IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE AT HAIROLOGY SALON, PLEASE CALL US WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL SERVICE DATE AND WE WILL GLADLY PROVIDE YOU A COMPLIMENTARY ADJUSTMENT SERVICE WITH YOUR ORIGINAL STYLIST.

ADJUSTMENT SERVICES ARE SCHEDULED EXACTLY LIKE REGULAR APPOINTMENTS AND ARE PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES.
